About

Hi, I'm Shanna

In 2020, the pandemic compelled us all to pause and reassess our lives. Despite thriving in a rewarding 15 year career in Human Resources, I found myself frustrated by up to 13-hour workdays, constantly counting down to weekends or that elusive vacation week, only to return to an even more chaotic inbox. During this time, I was also navigating the emotional and physical toll of infertility. After a rollercoaster journey, I was fortunate to welcome my beautiful daughter into the world. This life-changing event solidified the realization there was more to life than climbing the corporate ladder.

By 2023, I reached a tipping point and made the decision to step away from my corporate role and embark on a long-considered career break. My vision was aspirational: to relax and rejuvenate, cherish moments with my family, travel the globe, and, most importantly, recommit to a career aligned with my true passions. Enrolling in an ICF-accredited coaching program, my original goal was to enhance my HR expertise with new credentials. I was delighted to realize that my coaching journey could evolve beyond my initial expectations. I found a profoundly fulfilling new career path in Coaching when I merged my extensive HR experience with my love for authentic human connection and my passion for helping leaders achieve their goals.

Today, I am living a life that aligns with my most ambitious aspirations, and you can achieve the same. Together, we can design a life that reflects your true vision, enabling you to flourish. Let us embark on this transformative and deeply rewarding journey together.
